BP needed to keep this program to try and win back some faith in customers from all that they have messed up in the past months. I too will be closing this card and using one that does offer rewards.

Since the bp rewards card has been dropped
you can expect my cut-up card in the mail
soon. The main reason I used this card was
for the rewards.
I will just use a card that does offer the
discount.
