The reward system is centered on travel-related savings with Northwest Airlines, which is very advantageous to those who frequently travel on Northwest Airlines or its airline partners. This program allows the cardholders to earn miles for dollar spent at selected restaurants. There are also some miles that are given for each dollar spent on other purchases. The earned miles are redeemable for travel services with Northwest Airlines or other participating partners. Aside from that, the cardholders also have the chance to make the most of other standard benefits like travel accident insurance and auto rental insurance. The annual fee of the card is reasonable. The WorldPerks Visa® Card offers you a fast and easy way to earn additional WorldPerks miles without leaving the ground. Use your WorldPerks Visa® Card to charge everyday purchases, as well as large purchases like home furnishings and travel, and earn WorldPerks miles for the dollars you spend. Now that Northwest Airlines® is a member of the SkyTeam® Global Alliance, you’ll have even more redemption opportunities! Combine the miles you earn with your Northwest Airlines flight miles and other partner miles to earn award travel faster on Northwest Airlines, KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, Continental Airlines, Delta Air Lines, Alaska Airlines and other qualified WorldPerks Airline Partners.

Basically the cardholders can earn 55 miles annually when they pay the yearly fee. Up to 5 miles are also rewarded to the cardholders for each dollar spent on participating restaurants. There’s up to 7,500 bonus miles that await those who would apply for this card. And this will be given upon approval. The miles that were earned are redeemable for free travel with Northwest Airlines or any of its partners. The miles have no expiration date. However you have to keep in mind that there are some restrictions on the mileage. But if you prefer to pay for your bill in full monthly, then you will be exempted from all the reward limitations.

Other standard benefits can be fully enjoyed by the cardholders aside from the amazing reward system. These benefits include a travel accident insurance of up to $1,000,000, auto rental insurance, purchase protection services, and online account related services.
