You need to go to the credit cards site in order to redeem your points. We just list different credit cards and their benefits. For example if you have a citibank card you need to go to https://creditcards.citi.com/

Unable to reach the site to get rebate for gasoline reward
Dear Sirs: My name is Donald Osier I am contacting you on behalf of my Brother Bruce Osier. Bruce was a member of you rewards program, he passed away on 4-12-11 he had not prepared a will and it has taken me some time to have the attorney petition the courts to make me the personal representative of his estate. I have just been appointed the representative. I see that a rewards check that you sent to Bruce Osier for $50.00 on March 28 2011 check number 016918271 is void if not cashed with in 120 days sadly this time is now over. My question is this would it be possible to reissue this check? Or is there anything I can do to cash this one?
